Who Are We?

Armstrong & Co Projects is a custom renovation and extension building company. Established in 2018, director Luke Armstrong a registered Master Builder has over 10 years in the building industry, with experience in both high end residential projects and also large commercial construction. Since it’s establishment, Armstrong and Co Projects has expanded into a small team of like minded professionals and has developed a network of some of the best trade professionals. Armstrong and Co Projects are a local Sutherland Shire builders, who service the local area and also the greater Sydney community.

Luke Armstrong

Luke holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property degree attained from the University of NSW with Honours, also a Certificate III in Carpentry and Joinery and Certificate IV in Building and Construction.

From a very young age Luke was interested with working with his hands, it all started from hanging around his fathers surfboard warehouse “Express Surfboards” in Heathcote of the Sutherland Shire. His father Paul was renowned for his high standards of hand craftsmanship, so it was only natural for Luke to follow his fathers footsteps and find a passion in making things with his hands, although Luke found more of a passion with making things out of timber, so he jumped when he was offered an apprenticeship from Master Builder John Orman who is a specialist high end residential builder.
After completing his apprenticeship, Luke subcontracted to several builders in the local area to gain an understanding in how these companies operated. It was discovered that more was required to run a successful Construction Company other than being a skilful tradesman.

Luke later enrolled into the University Preperation Programme at the University of NSW, he received the marks required to enrol into Construction Management and Property the following year.

After completing his bachelor of Construction Management and Property, he received a job at Built, a large multi – national construction company and largest privately owned construction company in Australia. He worked in the project management team and delivered some of Sydney’s most iconic buildings including Tiffany and Co at 175 Pitt St, Chifley Tower refurbishment and Spicers Hotel Potts Point.

Luke always wanted to start his own construction company and thought he was ready, Armstrong & CO was established in 2019. Through years of experience and knowledge, Luke wanted to create a company that delivers his own high-end vision of class and sophistication. This is achieved as Luke personally oversees each construction project from start to finish. By retaining this control over the complete operational structure, it allows all projects to be delivered on time, within the budget and to the highest standards of construction. He has personally hand-picked the best employees who all strive to deliver the same level of perfection for each of their clients.
